How do I know if a product is in stock?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 working days, depending on your region.
All our parcels are sent via Canada Express Post for fast, secure delivery.
What is your returns policy?
For reasons of hygiene and health, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product has been received damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
We will process your request as quickly as possible.
I've received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?

Here are some common questions about our products and how to use them.
How to prepare the drug before injection?
For powder versions :
Use a green needle (23G) to mix 0.5 ml of bacteriostatic water with the powder.
Leave to dissolve for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then change to a grey needle (27G), remove air bubbles and proceed with the injection.
How do I inject the product correctly?
Wash your hands.
Choose a healthy injection site: abdomen, thigh or upper arm.
Clean with an alcohol swab.
Pinch the skin, insert the needle at 45° or 90° depending on the thickness of the fabric.
Inject all the liquid slowly.
Remove the needle and apply a dry compress without massaging.
How often should I inject the medication?
One injection per week is recommended for weight-loss products. You can read the recommended dosage in the product description.

Abdomen (avoiding a 5 cm radius around the navel)

Drink 4 to 5 liters of water a day with a little pink Himalayan salt.

What if I'm not hungry for more than 4 hours?
Drink 1 liter of water slowly, even without appetite, to avoid dehydration.
Can I reuse a syringe or needle?
No. Each injection requires a new syringe and needle to avoid infection and ensure treatment efficacy.
Should I massage after the injection?
No, never massage the area after the injection. Simply apply a dry compress.
How to dispose of used syringes?
Use a sharps container (yellow bin) available from your local pharmacy or CLSC. Never dispose of needles in the household garbage.
